We are often asked, “How do I help my vocalists?” Today we are going to run through some of the basic steps of an audition/evaluation so you can know how they are doing. By breaking down singing into simple skills that build upon each other you can know what to expect from each person, place vocalists in the right spot on your team, gain valuable insight into how to best lead them into success, and to know which resources to provide so you can help them improve.
